Chandigarh Management Association (CMA) organized a panel discussion on ‘Business Excellence-Entrepreneurial Insight’ at PhD Chamber of Commerce, Sector-31, Chandigarh. Mr. J.D.Ghai, CEO, SantaBanta.com and Mr. P.J.Singh, MD, Tynor Orthotics Pvt. Ltd were the panelist on the occasion. Dr. Aneet Bedi, President, CMA and Director, Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology moderated the panel discussion.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. J.D.Ghai, CEO, SantaBanta.com said that in today’s scenario of Global Competition, achieving Excellence in Business has become very important. It is not only important for expanding your business, but it is also important for sustaining the present level of business.The first factor for the business excellence & entrepreneurial success is the passion for his/her business. Entrepreneurship pays off according to the commitment level of the entrepreneur. An entrepreneur must work in his area of interest with passion & commitment, Mr. Ghai added.
Mr. P.J.Singh, MD, Tynor Orthotics Pvt. Ltd said that as the head of a company, an entrepreneur must be able to wear many hats and do so effectively. It is important for entrepreneur to pay close attention to everything that goes on in his company, but if he wants his company to succeed, he must learn to hire the right people for the right jobs and let them perform their jobs with minimal interference from management, Mr. Singh added.
Dr. Aneet Bedi, President, CMA and Director, Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology appreciated and congratulated both the panelists for sharing such knowledgeable insights on Business Excellence. Speaking on the occasion Dr. Bedi explained the value of three basic alphabets i.e. A.B & C. Giving the details about ‘A’ she explained that ‘A’ refers to the Ability of entrepreneur to watch the activities of the evry employee. She said ‘B’ refers to his/her Believe, the employer should also have the believe in his employees and while explaining about ‘C’ she said it stands for commitment level for his work as an entrepreneur.
She further said that as a successful entrepreneur it is his ability/attitude, belief and commitment that makes him/her a complete and successful entrepreneur.
