BJP’s RMS Chhina Hails Union Budget as Growth-Oriented

Amritsar-Senior BJP leader Rajinder Mohan Singh Chhina today hailed the Union Budget as growth-oriented that will induce large scale development of infrastructure in the country. He said the focus is primarily on agriculture growth, crops diversification and digital mapping of the crops, apart from crop insurance. He said all sectors including health, education, and defence have been taken care of and adequate allocations have been made accordingly.

He said the middle class and service persons would be happy as major structural changes have been made in the income tax slabs, giving relief to the employees. The educational projects and skill development is another area that need huge appreciation. He called PM Narnedra Modi as a visionary who has given a new push to economic development and welfare of common people.

He said that the Modi government’s emphasis on ‘Nari Shakti’ and general development as part of its Viksit Bharat program is another thrust area in the budget. The pro-poor policies, IT sector, digital services and industries in general would be happy with the budget and so would be the students who will be getting a huge support for internships and training in IT sector.

Chhina hailed the announcement of reliefs for the Medium and Small Scale industries which will generate employment. He said strengthening the rail network, free solar power announcement, continuation of housing schemes for poor and economically weaker sections are praiseworthy steps taken in the budget.
