Chandigarh - The International Gita Mahotsav will be organised in Kurukshetra from November 28 to December 15, 2024.
Sharing information in this regard, an official spokesperson said the International Gita Mahotsav this year will be celebrated with great pomp and show. He said the main programmes of the Mahotsav will be organised from December 5 to 11. Extensive arrangements will be made for traffic management. The spokesperson said in 2016, the State government had started celebrating the Gita Mahotsav at the international level.This year in the International Gita Mahotsav, Tanzania will be the partner country and Odisha to be the partner state.
The spokesperson further shared that craft and Saras Mela will be organised in the International Gita Mahotsav and programmes related to Gita Mahotsav will be organised at places falling within the 48-kos of periphery.
