Maharaja Agrasen's era an inspiration for us: Nayab Singh Saini

 Chandigarh - Haryana Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini said that Maharaja Agrasen's era inspires us all. He said he was happy to inform that the necessary permission has been received for excavation of Agroha Dham mound. The Haryana Government has also constituted a committee to start the process for this. Along with this, provision for funds will also be made in the upcoming budget. The Chief Minister said this while addressing the Chai Pe Charcha program organized by Delhi Haryana Agrawal Maitri Sangh at Le Meridien Hotel in New Delhi this evening.

Union Minister of Industry and Commerce Sh. Piyush Goyal also attended at the program. The Union Minister also wished Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini on his birthday.

Sh. Nayab Singh Saini said that Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi is the protector of Sanatan culture. Due to his efforts, we got the opportunity to witness the grand heritage of our culture through the renovation of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, Kashi Vishwanath, Baba Kedarnath and Mahakal temples. This area has a history of 5, 000 years and this has also been confirmed by satellite. By excavating Maharaja Agrasen's mound, we will get the privilege of seeing the ancient form of Maharaja Agrasen's legacy.

The airport in Hisar has been named after Maharaja Agrasen. All the formalities for starting this airport have been completed. The Prime Minister will soon inaugurate this airport, he said.

The Chief Minister told the people who attended the program that all of them have roots in Haryana. The present government of Haryana has launched many schemes for the welfare of traders, including the formation of Vyapari Kalyan Board, Chief Minister Vyapari Group Personal Accident Insurance Scheme, Chief Minister Vyapari Compensation Insurance Scheme, giving Rs 309 crore as commission to the commission agents, giving a bonus of Rs 62.58 crore to the Sheller Association in 2024-25, assistance of Rs 26 crore to small and micro industries in Haryana Atmanirbhar Textile Policy, opening a GST center in Rewari at a cost of Rs 29 crore for the convenience of traders, and a Start Up Facilitation Center in Gurugram to promote startups. He informed that in the recent Cabinet meeting, the One Time Settlement Scheme was also approved to give relief to traders in pending tax cases, which will benefit two lakh traders. In the program, the birthday of Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini was celebrated and he was felicitated by the gathering. Union Minister Sh. Piyush Goyal, who attended the program, said that Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi has done many things for the welfare of industry and traders. During the last 10 years, India's name has been elevated all over the world. 19 countries of the world gave their highest honour to the Prime Minister. He said the Agrawal community has contributed a lot to the development of the country. The community has played an active role in every possible social work. Praising the Chief Minister, he said that Haryana has reached new heights under his leadership. He is a man of good personality.

Former Minister Aseem Goel, Subhash Sudha, officials of Delhi Haryana Agrawal Maitri Sabha and other dignitaries were also present on this occasion.
