Mansa- Deputy Commissioner Mansa S.Kulwant Singh IAS , today received Best Election practice award in a state level celebrations of 15th National Voters Day held in Ludhiana. Additional Chief Electoral Officer Harish Nayar hands over this award to Deputy Commissioner Mansa S. Kulwant Singh.
