Sydney, Dec 7: A 16-year-old boy has been charged by Queensland Police following investigations into a series of break-ins in Smithfield, a suburb of Cairns, Australia.
According to a police statement, two boys allegedly broke into multiple units in a residential complex early Saturday morning, stealing various items before fleeing. During the incident, they reportedly assaulted an 86-year-old male occupant in one of the units.
